When will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 1-2 business day.
Which shipping service do you use?
All orders shipped with standard shipping use USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days).
Orders that select expedited shipping use USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).
Can I change my shipping method?
In order to change your shipping service you would need to cancel and resubmit your order.
If your order has already received a tracking number your shipping method cannot be changed.
Lost shipment
If your shipment is lost please contact the carrier directly. This is best done by reaching out to your local post office with the tracking number to determine if the package can be located. If your tracking number shows delivered it is not considered lost.
My order contains the wrong products
If your order contains the wrong items please send a picture of the items received and the packing slip to support@3dpvelo.com. We will do our best to get you the correct items as quickly as possible.
